Marshall Township Real Estate
Marshall Township, has been around since June 3, 1863. It was named for Thomas Mercer Marshall, a famous trial lawyer who practiced law in Allegheny County.
Since the late 1960s it has been home to a large research and business park. It has recently seen a boom in newer luxury homes such as Copper Creek Estates and Pleasant Hill Estates!
Residents of Marshall Township have wonderful FREE community recreational events such as Family Fire Safety & Fire Extinguisher Use . They also have use of public transportation and can park at the newly constructed Port Authority’s Park-N-Ride otherwise, highway I79/279 is very accessible for the drive-in as well. Along with their neighboring communities, the residents of Marshall have free access to the Northland Public Library.
